Techniques
For the 200 hours course, Tibetan and Hatha Yogic postures and movements will be taught. We concentrate on utilizing pranayama breathing as a powerful aid for the conquering and stilling of the mind. We emphasize chanting and simple Sanskrit mantra. The student is guided through active meditations, assisted into higher realms of spiritual being.

Anatomy
The student is required to learn the Spiritual anatomy, chakras, etc. As well as the basic physical anatomy of the body.

Practicum
Student teaching begins once a student has achieved a level of mastery. Student Teachers will be required to teach classes periodically as apart of the training.

Electives
We emphasize natural healing as an essential part of our curriculum. The student will receive and learn how to give 'The Deva method of healing': Including energy on the chakras, and advanced esoteric techniques for Egyptian Incubation etc. Techniques for Self-analysis and purification will be imparted to gain more of a mastery over yourself...
